Dolcetto d’Alba d.o.c.
Dolcetto comes from grapes grown in the district of Treiso, from specific vineyards exposed to the sun only in the morning. This feature allows the bunches to mature without suffering from excessive heat, resulting in a fresh and balanced wine.
Production: 1000 bottles
Cru: ‘Sorì da Matin’
Altitude: 150 to 200 m above sea level
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 6 months before bottling process.
